My passion as a photographer goes well beyond being a Real Estate Photographer. I also do Senior Class Photos, Family Photos, Event Photography, headshots and Arial Photography of properties in Orlando and the surrounding Central FL communities.

My Background in Photography
Carl Bailey Photography started back in 2013 as a way to share my travels with family and friends. It quickly changed into images being sold nationally and internationally. I have been published in magazines and even had the cover of a magazine based out of the Tampa area. My love of photography allowed me to serve as the Vice President of the Orlando Camera Club where I continued to grow and learn from some amazing photographers.
Real Estate Photography was a natural direction because I wanted my own listings to really stand out.
I immediately saw the results of adding my photography skills to my listings. One example: Full Asking price in less than 8 hours of going active! However, my favorite example so far: I sold a RV lot in a RV/Golf Resort that had been listed previously with another agent for 2 years with no showings or offers. I took the expired listing, did my photography with a video tour of the property and ended up selling the lot...sight unseen in just over two months...during the off season!! Professional Photography gets listings noticed and more importantly, it gets people in the door to see them.
