How to Book Appointments & Payment Information
Real Estate Photography Packages and available Services for the Orlando, Kissimmee, Winter Park, Windemere and many other towns in the Central Florida area are listed below. However, I want your listing to look amazing and I’m sure you and the seller(s) would agree. To make that happen, please review these two items before booking your appointment:
1. Please know what direction the property faces! Many Realtors overlook this and it is very important. It will determine the best time of day to book your appointment. Example: If the front of the property faces North, you'll want to book earlier in the morning to get the best natural light shining onto the property and not get very hard dark areas or the sun shining into the lens of the camera. Also consider the time of year as the sun drops lower in the horizon in the Winter! This means sometimes shooting directly into the sun when shooting the front of a property. A little planning will do wonders to make the property look amazing! Maybe drive by your listing and look at the lighting during the morning or late afternoon to decide what time is best.
2. Please take a moment, before you book appointment(s), to go through the page that covers how to prepare the property for photography. This will save you and the seller(s) a lot of time on the day of doing the listing photography. I will be there to take photos, not there to prepare the property for photos.

How and When to Pay for Services when you book appointments.
Payment is to be made THE DAY OF Service.
Payment will be accepted on site.
If for any reason you can’t be at the appointment for payment, you will be emailed an invoice that is due on receipt and prior to the real estate photography being added to your listing or any advertising is done with the photos or videos.
There is a $10 Fee for invoice billing
If you need to cancel the appointment, please do so prior to the day of the appointment. This keeps me from having to charge a deposit in the future. Subscribe to my website in the contact menu and you will be able to manage your appointment.
